  Try to ring to order my repeat prescription five times. Twice the system tells me my call can't be completed. Try and talk to a patient representative and get shoved back onto the options menu. Once a nice lady tried to put me through, got cut off. Another lady tried to put me through, I get a the person you are trying to contact is unavailable call back later. Good job I'm not actually dying as not one attempt has actually been successful. Very disappointed

  Wasn't told about closures when ordering medication on the phone so when it came to collecting my prescription the surgery was closed and pharmacy couldn't help. Younger female and staff at reception rarely seem to want to help and I often feel like an inconvenience when approaching the desk. For contraception I now attend a GUM clinic as Seaton Park could never fit me in for appointments - was told by nurses to ensure I called a month in advance for future appointments yet every time I tried calling this was never possible. Up to a fortnight of calling in advance to make appointments everything was completely full and I was repeatedly missing my contraception simply due to the fact that they couldn't seem to fit me in. Have been registered at the practice for years but try to go in as little as possible (on the occasion they allow me to make an appointment).
