- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Unfortunately, I was really disapointed With our experience. We waited nearly 2 hours to be seen (by what we thought would be a doctor) Instead we were seen by a nurse who sent us away as some of my son's sympoms had been present for nearly a week. Apparently they only treat 'urgent care' and a consistently high temperature 38-42' in an 18month old plus a rash and various other symptoms doesn't qualify. My problem is that after being unable to get a doctors appointment numerous times in that week we were again told to go there by our doctors surgery! Was made to feel like I was wasting time and not important in the slightest. System is failing.by Le AnneJanuary 06, 2017
